       Tracking is off when I plug in player, please help with tracking problem

    I have an older tv with the yellow and white a/v inputs, when I plugged in the wd live plus box the tracking is off, any solutions for this problem, I did have the yellow and white plugs installed correctly. Thanks.

    Which firmware version?

    Also, check whether the NTSC/PAL setting is correct as per your country.

    Check the About screen for the FW version, and under Video settings for the current NTSC/PAL selection.

    I said it's scrambled on the tv, I can't see it to change it
