Here is what I posted over at the WDC community , but so far no answers.

Anybody here got any idea what I can do to get my hub working again.

    - Which firmware? 3.03.13

    - What happened? Video Playback freezes and then fast forwards for the amount of time that it was frozen and resumes for upto 5 minutes and the freezes again.

    - What were you doing? Playing streamed video content from my iMac via Serviio and a LAN connection.

    - Does this happen every time? Since upgrade to 3.03.13

    - What hardware and media were you using? Live Hub , avi and mkv

    - Did this happen with previous firmware? No

    - Does power cycling the unit solve this? No

    - Does resetting to factory defaults solve this? No

    - Have you tried this on other devices? Yes, plays perfectly through Samsung TV

    Thanks

I'm experiencing the same issue, I'm on version 3.08.14. I'm also experiencing issues copying files over the hard wired network to the internal hard drive of the Live Hub, the file transfer will go strong for a moment then the network will state that it lost connection with the device. This is very frustrating, I was thinking about opening the WD TV Live Hub box to check the solder points of the network connector.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? I have two WD TV Live Hubs, would like to see them working properly.
