       playing audio tracks multiple times, playing audio tracks multiple times

    the audio tracks within my folders are appearing and playing three times and I can't get it to play it normally. has anyone experienced this and fixed it?

    Which firmware version is installed? If you have an older version, try updating to the last (final?) one.

    Also try the reset switch and pressing the Play button to play files sequentially instead of the Enter button.
