    Hi

    I switched on my wd tv live and the led light started blinking, immediately i switched the power off. when i switched the power on the led came back to normal , but it accrued a problem, that the unit is forgetting my settings ( means that is starting every time with factory settings) can anyone help me out please.

    Try the hard reset button as mentioned in the manual and see if that fixes things.

    i reset the unit but still the same , i'm tired resetting the wdlive every-time I switch it on, if somebody knows how to fix this problem please leave me a note. thanks
