You would think having an electronic device, in the year 2011, you'd be able to turn it off and on by remote control. Stoping it from freezing when left running. Being able to use it without reading forums daily for solutions. DO NOT BUY these media players. Save your money for one that can deliver all it promises.

obviously someone didn't do their homework before buying a media player...
there have been complaints about WD's media players almost since they came out years ago, firmware updates that break more than they fix, shoddy programming and useless features added... way to jump on the bandwagon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) |

... or maybe its a user problem.
I have 10 of these things dating from the newest release back to the original model and every one of them works exactly as promised. But then again I don't screw around with them trying to make them do stuff that WD didn't intend it to do. |
