       Picture starts lagging after about 10 minutes into each movie. Whats wrong?, Firmware already upgraded

    Ive upgraded to the latest firmware, but about 10 minutes into each movie it starts lagging and the soound disappears. What could be wrong?

    Files works fine on the computer.

    how are you playing the media? on a directly attached drive or across the network?

    that's a pretty vague description but my guess is you are playing them across the network and it's likely a network issue.

    No network, i use WD hardisk with usb connetcion to the WD live..

    format the drive connected to your computer and try again.

    WD drives are infamous for not playing well with their own media players, you'd think they'd test that a little bit seeing as they make both products!
