Metadata editor, I'd like an editor for changing/creating metadata Options

The metadata editor should allow me to change/create the title, description and switch the thumbnails to others.
I've tried changing the title/information, jpg's using WordPad to edit the metadata information but unsuccessfully.
I probably don't understand the context of names, jpgs and XMLs in the the metadata/movie folder and the "movie.xml" file.
Having an editor would be convenient (could be placed in "metadata/editor-folder") and ensure the context of the elements.
Placing the editor in folder: metadata/editor/... would streamline the future updates of the editor an make it easy to identify which editor to use. It would be nice if the editor would be PC based (executed from a PC), but editing from the Live Hub would be cool too.

+1. I remember reading somewhere that the XMLs are just dummy files or similar (don't remember exactly). Apparently, editing them is not sufficient since the actual metadata is stored on a hidden partition or something on the internal HDD. Typical idiotic decision of WD not to make the DB open and simple to update. If they'd done so, no-one would really have bothered or waited for them to put out a half-assed editor, when open-source ones would have been available in a jiffy and been far better than the official one (if it ever came out).

For foreigners, titles are obligatory in english..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) we can edit description but not title !!
It will be nice to edit it and/or to integrate other plateform to search infos that themoviedb (in french for example (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )
