       No BASS with MP3's using composite audio out?

    my wdtv seems to have very litle bass when playing music. i have to crank the bass adjustment on my syereo waaay up to get it to sound right.... is there any adjustment in the wdtv?? can i mod the firmware for more bass?

    Do you connect it with a TOSLINK cable? If so, it's the source file that is bad. Toslink is digital and the WDTV shouldn't touch the audio in any way.
