I have 164 videos on an external drive and 93 videos on the internal drive but the counter only shows 104. I've cleared and re-built the library and I've done a device reset and neither one of those fixed the problem. The issue started about 15 videos ago, where the counter used to show 89 but before that it had a proper count. Any ideas?

Weird. Are all the missing videos supported?

They are. It's almost like a "they were there a second ago" scenario. I can access them and even play them. Another strange thing is I'm not sure which ones are "missing". I'll have a count of, say, 93 (internal storage) and when I connect my 1TB external drive the count goes up to 104. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

I went to my uncle's house and he's got 100 movies on the Hub's internal hard drive and the counter on the home screen used to read 100 but now it reads 0. Any ideas? My uncles aren't tech savvy at all so I know they haven't been messing with the unit. What could be going on?

Something's obviously causing the media database to become corrupted. I think a call/mail to WD Support may be in order, to see if this is a known issue.
