    Setup:

    Home LAN (Router/Switch)
PC connected to network (for setting up playlists)
    WD TV Live Plus
    D-Link DNS-321 (NAS)

    Problem:
WD TV Live Plus will not play music in sub-directories (recursively)

    Problem "Almost" Solved:
I recently got a WD TV Live Plus. To my dismay, when you push play on a folder, it will not play music files in the recursive directories within. So I fixed that by making a playlist with Media Player (relative path) on my media server that pointed to all the music in all the sub-directories that I wanted. Yay!

    Similar Problem "Head-scratcher":
I recently replaced my media server (computer) with a D-Link DNS-321 (NAS enclosure). Naturally this broke my playlists since I moved all my music to the NAS. Now that the music is on the NAS (seen by my WD TV as a Network Share) I can't seem to get playlists working. I've re-created some using relative paths, some using absolute, some absolute with no drive letter, some with Media Player, some with Winamp, some with Playlist Creator. It keeps telling me something to the effect of "No music found in current directory" when I try to play the lists.

Any ideas? There's got to be someone out there who's got a NAS and music in sub-directories that has Playlists up and running right? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
