I record TV shows on my computer and then use the WDTV Live to play them back through my network. This works well for the most part, but if the show isn't done recording, then it won't play back the whole way.

Let's say the show is an hour long show and has been recording for 45 minutes. By the time you reach the 45 minute mark during playback, the recording would actually be done....but when you play it back through the WDTV Live, once it gets to that 45 minute mark it just stops playing. At the time you started playing the file, it thinks the file is only 45 minutes long, even though it is still recording. Is there anything that can be done so it senses that the file being played is still growing in size?
