I have just bought a WD TV Live

When I try to connect to Netflix I get a message. 'Unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again or visits: www.netflix.com/tvhelp'

I have upgraded my WDTV firmware to version 1.06.04
    Other streaming services work OK.
I have tried wireless and wired connections.
My wired connection speed is 100MBps

I can access Netflix OK from my PC connected to the same router.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice?
    Thanks in advance.

perhaps you live in the UK and have a US media player?
I would try a reset in the menu and perhaps a hard reset with the button on the side of the device

The model that I have is a UK model WDBGXT0000NBK-UESN.
It also has BBC iPlayer that works.

I think that the problem may be that it has the US IP address setup, which gets blocked.
I read elsewhere of people using Unblock-US and getting access to US service.

It would be good to know if anyone has got it working in UK.
