Hi I have the WD TV Mini, which is also connected to my iOmega 1tb External HDD.
I am also experiencing movies freezing.... How do I stop this from happening? I've only had the TV Mini for a week! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |

Try another USB drive. Try both FAT32/NTFS. Try all USB ports on the player. Try resetting the player through Settings or via the hard reset button (if the Mini has one).

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) I am having the same problem, and my external HD is also a western digital HD.
Any suggestions on why this is happening will be appreciated. If this continues, I will just return the unit, since it is only a week old, to be having all this grief. |

well if you bought a mini a week ago I doubt anyone will return it, I think it's been discontinued for 2 years or so.
