    Hi!

My problem has occured while watching all mp4, avi and mkv videos. both hi-def and standard dvdrip quality. The best way to describe is audio studder, the sound misses a few parts of a second every once in a while, and gets real annoying after a while. You just watch and wait for the next studder to come without being able to concentrate on what you're watching.

I'm connected via wifi but the bandwith should be adequate, I have buffalo nfiniti high power router and a usb-receiver of the same series.

I haven't played that much attention so i'm not sure if this started happening before or after some of the firmware updates. I'm at the point that if can't get it fixed i'm gonna have to try and return it and get a different mediaplayer.

So can anyone help me, If you need more specifics just ask.

It started a few months ago, and i'm not certain but it feels like its getting worse.
it did work before. the firmware's the newest, not sure what that is.
Haven't tried watching it via usb, don't have a portable drive.

The FW version is shown in the About screen under Settings. Let us know. Also, don't you even have a USB stick you can use to test?

Anyway, since you say that earlier it did work fine, I recommend you downgrade. Maybe you have 1.04.17, which has caused issues for many people. See the Tutorials section for help on downgrading.
