Hi. Hope you guys n girls can help. I have my wdtv plus standard settings and software . I only play iso and blurays in it, works perfect awsome piece of kit. I gave my bro a loan (big mistake (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) ) of it and when i saw the films on it instead of one film the film is split into maybe five or more parts. so i have hundreds of parts of films instead of just on film.. I tried the yellow button to change view to no avail.
ahm crying out loud in a whisper in a dark corner just now. sigh! any help is much appreciated.. |

You'll need to be a bit clearer in explaining your issue, since I couldn't quite get what you're trying to say. There used to be a single file earlier, but your brother managed to split it up into smaller parts? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) What file format did you have earlier, and what are the file formats of the parts now?
All I can think of is that you had a single ISO (DVD or BR disc image) earlier, and your brother for some reason extracted the contents. If this is not the case, provide more details about the problem. |

Hi Thanks for the reply. The files are all different. The files all started out as one film one file. Somehow he has managed to get them into multipile files for each film. I had all the films as one file in a list view. One after the other say there was twenty films there was only twenty files. Now there is mulitiple files for each film, instead of twenty files, there's now 80+.

Apparently he has managed to split the files somehow I guess, and there's nothing the player can do about it. Either you re-merge all the parts if possible, or obtain the original files from somewhere, or play each part one after the other.
