    I have problem with Arabic idx sub
    When i press the subtitle it shows that it is working but it isn't
    I think the device reads it but it doesn't show on screen

    Do you have the latest FW version installed (1.01.77 or 1.01.79 in Europe)? If it doesn't work with that then it'll never work, since this model has been phased out by WD ages ago.
