Looks amazing. Got to admit that if it is anywhere as good as it sounds or looks I will be VERY jelouse.
I particulartly like the sound of: "automatic IMDb and AllMusic lookup for movie, TV and music info" Oh well, stuck with the WDTV Live now. Though i still love the love the little tyke! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) |

It's the basic rule of most things, and especially electronic gadgets/computers - it will be obsolete the instant you buy it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) You just have to let it run through its lifecycle and then get a new one. Or get one now if you have dough to spare! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If WD added Netflix or Hulu it'd be a done deal.

If WD added Netflix or Hulu it'd be a done deal. No need for Netflix or Hulu, just get a usenet account and you're good to go. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Scrolling through your media and you get Netflix ads included... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Yeh, but it still offers something the Live does not. I've thought about getting usenet access, but it is a little too pricey if I add on for the broadband I am already paying for... Not to mention, I probably hit my monthly bandwidth cap wi9hin the first week...!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) you are so right. give it a year, and more then likely, it'll be TOTALLY obsolete. great way of putting it WDUser. =] Scrolling through your media and you get Netflix ads included... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) psh. eff that. you mean to tell me. i have to PAY for this, and then provide a medium for MORE ads in an ad filled world? =\ i'm having some MAJOR issues with my toy right now. but i'd never, ever trade it in for advertisements. |
