       No audio when usiing arcsoft media converter

    Have used the bundled Arcsoft Media Converter to rip DVDs created with DVDShrink.
    Nice picture but no sound.
    Any thoughts?

    Try a different software. This is the one I used to use before.

    It is free and has inside codecs for almost everything.
