When watching ISO DVD rips on my WD TV Mini there are short pauses just before the chapter breaks. They're not too intrusive but I would like to know if they're fixable.

I've tried ripping DVDs to ISO using DVD Shrink 3.2 and CloneDVD2, and using different USB HDDs (Maxtor OneTouch III Mini/WD Passport) with the WD TV Mini, all giving the same results.

I'd be very greatful if someone could help me - I've posted on the WD forums and Googled for a solution to no avail so far.

The Mini plays non-HD MKVs IIRC, or else encode the DVDs to AVIs and play.
