I'm having a little trouble getting my audio to sync w/ my picture. What am I doing wrong.

I've been backing all of my files onto my harddrive using makemkv. Great program, very simple to use. Only issue is that each file is typically 1 GB per 40 min TV show, or 3+ GB per movie.

I am attempting to back up my Star Trek:TNG collection, and I don't want to use a GB per episode. I would like to stay around the 700 GB mark. I attempted to follow the tutorial outlined on here from the guy that did the ST:DS9, but I'm having trouble w/ Handbrake.

No matter how I set up the options, the end result is always the same. The audio and video are not syncing. Am I missing something?

I have it set on "High Profile"
Picture: 720, Loose, Cropping - Auto
Video Filters: Detelecine and Decomb both Default. Playing on HD TV - 1080p
Video: H.264, FPS - same as source, Constant Quality 60.78%
    Didn't adjust any other settings.

    Suggestions? Thanks.
