But i wanna know if some of you guys, have a old tv with composite video and scart, is it possible to connect your WD TV with composite or scart, and still keep a normal DVD quality?

Haven't you ever connected a DVD player to your old TV then? I don't know about SCART, but normal DVDs use either 4:3 or anamorphic 16:9 aspect ratio MPEG-2 video, which displays fine on 4:3 CRT TVs connected via composite without and with black bars on top/bottom respectively.
