In Vietnam, We use alot of WDTV live and WDTV live Plus. However, with the latest updated firmwares of WDTV live and WDTV live Plus is not support for Vietnamese UTF-8, unicode for SRT subtile.

We hope soon will be supported for the next firmwares update.

    Thank you very much.

Do contact WD Support and also post in the official WD forum here.

P.S. I deleted your new topic that was a duplicate of this one. Do not start another thread for this again when one already exists. Doing so won't get your wish fulfilled faster.

Well I support your request 100%, but like I said, you need to contact WD directly to make yourself heard. This is not the official WD forum.

No need to apologise repeatedly. I can also join in and request the same from WD Support, but that's about it. None of us here have any special contacts or influence in WD.

Have you posted on the official forum yet? I gave you the link above in post #5. Once you do, you can mention the URL to your thread here, so that others looking here can also find that thread and post in it, and hopefully WD will listen one day.
