       USB not working

    I have a Wdlive Plus and neither of the two usb ports seem to work. Tried different usb drives and HD drive nothing works. I have a regular wdlive and they all work in them. Anyone else had this issue or just defective? I might be missing something just not sure what.

    Is this a new device and have the ports never worked since day 1? If so, my suggestion would be to just exchange it and get a new one.

    Same problem here. I think unit over heated and blew USB ports. Doing replacement with wd.
