Updated to the newest firmware last night. Playon is history. I wish that I had been given warning before. What now? Do I try to roll back? How is that accomplished?

I can understand your frustration but in all honesty it's doubtful WD or any of it's representatives come here or even know we exist...
as playon told you, go to WD directly, an enthusiasts website cannot - nor will try, to help you. good luck, please keep us updated, I can only imagine you are one of many in the same situation. |
