    I have a Comcast cable remote, multiple TV remotes and 3 wdtvliveplus units/remotes... Pain in the but, but still love these boxes.

    A new remote would be great! For me a volume & channel control for cable would make my life easier. Better yet... How bout a larger 'programmable/learning remote'.

    "Knock on wood" I have 3 Live Plus boxes all running the latest FW with no problems yet since it was released. I'm able to play MP4, AVI, MKV, ISO with not issues that I can see.

    So why not use a better remote then? Just get a Logitech Harmony or similar and have fun!
