       Netflix DVD covers not loading

    i don't see any complaints about this, so maybe it's just me, but...

    when i go to Netflix it's supposed to show the DVD's cover and give the movie's name below the cover, however mine gives the actual name at the bottom but often shows no cover pic at all or the wrong pic (one of the other movies in the list.) it can be really frustrating when trying to pic a movie!! any ideas?

    yea, it works fine but you just can't see the cover or the right cover. i actually got this player for my mom so it's confusing to her when it displays the wrong cover. it's as if the covers are all jumbled up within the listing.

    If resetting the device hasn't already fixed your problem, try downgrading your firmware and upgrading your firmware again to see if that resolves the problem.
