    Hi Guys,

I have flashed the 1.02.21.WDLXTV_LIVE-0.4.3.1 FIRMWARE and since then the Youtube and Shoutcast services are not working. In Youtube I can search for videos but when I play it says 'Cannot play the file'. Also, when I try to access the Shoutcast folder under UMSP server, it says 'No media in current folder'.

Could anyone tell me what exactly is the problem and how do I fix the same ? Thanks in advance.

unless WD adds it, you can't, it's part of the custom firmware which isn't being developed for the hub at this time.

Thanks Rev,I got excited because I was reading about Homebrew but my understanding is that the WD TV Live Hub is not compatable (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

    yes and no.
It is possible but as soon as you flash the hub you lose all premium content like netflix, to never ever be able to get it back.
that's why the development was abandoned, if they can crack the encryption .. well that would be a different story.

Guess who is happy with the new firmware update? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I can't get any of the premium services anyway as I'm in England
