Ok, so I just got the email from Amazon becasue I've been a Prime member since it was first announced
( and always well worth the $ I spend on it). So to watch this on my WD TV Live, I would do this as
a web browser setup, or will there be a forthcoming update that will make it seemless
like the Netflix, Facebook, and Youtube channels we have on the WDTV Live Plus?

That's a question for WD to answer. It may happen if they feel like making a deal with Amazon...

Hopefully they'll at least consider it. If Amazon starts ramping up it's offerings in Prime Instant On,
    it will be successful.

I guess you can try mailing them, suggesting the same and keeping your fingers crossed. Also maybe send one to Amazon suggesting they tie up with major hardware/player manufacturers such as WD.

The only way that I have seen some of my friends being able to get that to work with their wdtv is
www.playon.tv, It just like tversity but more evolved and better tech support of course it's not free so it's something you have to decide if it's worth paying for.

    good luck

I have been writing Amazon every month for at least 6 months and always the same reply "Thank you for your suggestion and your interest we will send it on to our internet team." Or they will tell me its not available on wdtv and i say" Duh really"

A work around is to download playon on your computer and use it as a media server. I tried it a year ago and as I recall the quality was not good. Playon also cost money but is very reasonable. There is a free trial so you could try it and decide if it is worth it.
