    Hello All,
I am new to this forum. I currently use a PS3, but I am going to buy a new WDTV Live Plus. I have a cross platform environment, but I will be using a MAC and I wanted to know what is the best media server software I should get to go along with my new WDTV Live Plus?

    Thanks,
    Naicidrac

Like I posted on another thread, I've only had mine for over a week. I was playing all my stuff through the Network Shares, but I was getting frustrated because it sometimes takes a while for it to connect to my PC.

Last night I installed and configured TVersity (free). Now my connection is almost instantaneous. I also turned OFF the transcoding function on TVersity because WD TV Live plays almost everything anyway. No need for it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
