I apologize because my English is not perfect. I am a French girl. I recently bought the "Live TV Hub" and since a previous update it became unstable. He stops alone in stating that the update is incomplete . Worse, it does not work since yesterday. He stopped abruptly. Every time I restart it a few seconds then turns off.
So I tried to do an update via the USB key by holding down the button "Home". The attempt takes a few moments and mention again that the update is incomplete. How to do? Should I return it for repairs? Has this happened to anyone? Help me please. |

Follow instructions here to either downgrade or reinstall the latest FW (procedure works with both custom and official FW).

My WD TV Live hub didn't get through the latest firmware update and now gives the following message after I restart it and it attemts to update itself:
"Incomplete firmware upgrade. Please check your network settings and restart the WD TV to try again. You can also use a USB to complete the upgrade manually." I've tried connecting a USB with the update on it, same message appears. I've tried resetting to factory options and also tried disconnecting the ethernet cable but nothing seems to help it see the update on the USB stick. |
