    Hi guys:

I've had my WD TV Live + since last Christmas, and up till now have had no issues. I went to use it the other day and fired it up to play some music from my network share. There was an update, (1.06.16_B) so I let that install and started playing mp3's. After about 4 or five songs, it just stopped playing at the end of a song. When I hit play, i got the "unable to read media file, please see owners manual for supported file type" error message. I returned to the song list, and it will not play any file. I just get the eternal blue circle...

So, I cycled the power, then it played songs again for 15 or 20 minutes, and the same thing happened. This time I tried to play some video files, it won't play them either. Now I'm getting ticked. Went through the setup, reset the network connection, reset to factory defaults, all the usual suspects, but the same problem crops up every time. It will play a random number of songs and then quit. Always quits on the transition from one song to the next, won't play anything after that until a power cycle.

Played the same songs that it quit on next time, and it plays them fine, so it's not a problem with the file. This is driving me nutz. I can see all my network shares, and it populates the playlist, but won't play anything until reboot.

Looked through the forums, saw some similar problems but not exactly the same, but no solutions. Seems to have started just after the last firmware update. Is there any way to roll back the update?

    Can Anyone help?
