    Hi,

i'm new to this foum as I have just purchased a WD Tv Live Hub.

My plan was to use it as a mediaplayer in my bedroom upstairs and then stream mediafiles to my Samsung Smart tv downstairs.

It works, but I don't see any subtitles (.srt) and I can't play .mkv.

It seems to be an issue with the version of the Twonky-server on the Live Hub. I've read a lot of different tutorials on how to update Twonky on the Mybook Live and other NAS drives from WD.

My question is if this is also possible on the Live Hub or if I should swith my Live Hub for a MyBook and a WD Live Plus?

    Thanks in advance

    Tejs

Any way you can connect the player to your TV, then access videos via Network Shares instead?
