Bought the Western Digital WD TV Live Streaming Media Player (WDBHG70000NBK-HESN) in December and since then it has twice deleted 200GB of files from the 2TB WD hard drive connected to it (there were no prompts, messages etc the files were on the hard drive one minute and the next gone - deleted with no warning). Anyone else have this problem? Any advice as to why the player does this?

Hmm, do you have the latest firmware installed? Is the sequence of steps that leads to this reproducible?
