    The TV screen is blank and the media player power LED is on.

    I had followed the Troubleshooting instructions on manual but nothing happen.

    I had pressed the reset switch even more than 10 second and the TV screen remaing black and the media player power LED is on.

    Any other suggestions?

    Try with different cables; try the different connections (composite/component/HDMI); try the player with another TV.

    I did it; different cables, connections and with another TV and the result is the same the TV screen is still blank (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

    How old is the player? Maybe it's a hardware failure after all.
