    I've been testing one out for a friend for the past 3 days (i already have the wdtv) i can confirm that the DTS works perfectly downstreaming to stereo via HDMI. And the network works perfectly and is an absolute doddle to set up. I can copy or play any file to and from the HDD attached to the WD via the laptop wirelessly while playing a file on the wd.

    Also it effortlessly streams High def content wirelessly from the pc internal drive. (tested via N rated wireless).There are also preview screens that start to play the files as you scroll through your media content. its updateable via the web too. The GUI is similar to the original but works in both directions, hard to explain but you'll see when you get one.

    I also can confirm that you tube and flickr are both working perfectly here in the uk.

    It really is very good, the next step is to test some of the modded firmware already available for it.

    Finally got round to being able to order it from Amazon UK, should recieve it around the 17th of this month! Got my ethernet cable and HMDI cable delivered, just waiting for the media player. I'll be posting my review up at www.youtube.com/technologicstuff
