I am Rev Drew™ from NB, Canada. no jokes about the sale of NB Power please, I am fairly pissed about that as are 99% + of the population here...

I bought a wdtv early in 2009 because of many good reports and it was inexpensive compared to the competition. Once I found out it was hacked and all the extra functions and features that could be added, I was in HD glory. I only got an HDTV during Future Shops 2008 boxing day sale so this went right along with it.

I recently took possession of a wdtv_live, I can't say I am near as fond of it as the original wdtv, but hey, the wdtv firmware wasn't cracked and perfected when I first got it either, I am patiently waiting for improvements but am relatively unimpressed and disappointed with it thus far, still using my wdtv most of the time.

I am a geek my profession and am fortunate enough to work on some of the most sophisticated equipment in the world today. I am not a programmer and am only a novice at Linux but hey, we can't be gurus at everything! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
